Return Policy
At NotBlue, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, unopened and unused.
- Customized or specially ordered items are not eligible for return or refund.
Process:
- Contact our customer service team at: returns@notblue.org to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item.
- The product should be returned within 14 days of receiving the return label.
- Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product in good condition.
Exceptions:
- In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately.
- If the product is found to be damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Note:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or defective.
- The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Our return policy applies only to purchases made directly from Supplement Company. If you purchased our products through a different retailer, please reach out to them for their return policy.
